By accessing and purchasing from ZafiroSpark ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all jewelry items including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants, beads, and figurines available on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to monitor settings or handmade nature of our jewelry items.

Product prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or product information.

3. Order Processing

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZafiroSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our products
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
  • Any third party conduct on our platform
  • Any matters beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ZafiroSpark, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and product images are our exclusive property or licensed to us. These are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
