Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Personalized/customized items are not eligible for refund unless defective
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original documents and accessories
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for the same product in a different size/color if available. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
